'This agreement will enable us to streamline communication between the newest military service and the directorate.'

The MOA builds on an earlier agreement signed in May 2022, which formally established the USSF Uniform production process and outlined responsibilities related to the design, development, and sustainment of US Space Force uniforms. The new agreement extends this partnership, ensuring that both organizations continue to work together seamlessly.

According to Lea Kirkwood, Program Executive Officer and Director at the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's Agile Combat Support Directorate, the MOA will enable the Space Force to accommodate a range of needs, including different genders, life events, and weather conditions. 'We are committed to providing uniforms that meet the unique requirements of our Guardians,' she said.
